Tenants consent to receive these text messages by providing their mobile phone number on the rental application or lease agreement with Steiner Property Management and indicating that the number may be used for text notifications about their tenancy. We only text current tenants about their own account; we do not send marketing messages and we do not text prospective tenants who have not applied.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also tell us by phone or email and we will remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your lease or your other notices, which we will continue to send by email or mail.
